Private Beta — complimentary access
Run your farrier business from one place.
Clients, horses, hoof records, scheduling, route planning and owner communication — built for professional farriers working in the field, not at a desk.
No payment method required. Invite-only while we work closely with early testers.

Purpose-built for the work, not generic business software
Everything about the horse, in one place
Clients, barns, horses and every visit — with a four-hoof condition record and photo history you can look back through at a glance, not dig for.
Spend less time planning your day
Appointments, calendar and a route order for your stops — so you spend more of the day working and less of it driving back and forth.
Keep owners informed
Generate a plain-language visit summary, review and edit it, then send it — nothing goes out automatically, and nothing in it mentions price.
Built for work in the field
Large touch targets and a mobile-first layout. The visit workspace also works with no signal — record the work, and it syncs when you're back online.
How HoofFlow works
- 1
Organize clients and horses
Add clients, barns and horses once. Every horse carries its own hoof record forward, visit after visit.
- 2
Plan the day
See what's on the calendar, which horses are due, and a sensible order to visit your stops in.
- 3
Record the visit
Log services and per-hoof work as you go — on your phone, gloves and all. Add a voice note if typing isn't practical; you review and apply it yourself.
- 4
Keep owners informed
Generate a summary of the visit, review it, then send it. You're always the one who decides what goes out.
What “private beta” means, honestly
HoofFlow is pre-release software. It’s real and it works — but we’re deliberately keeping the group small while we work closely with the first farriers using it.
- Complimentary access during the private beta — no payment method required.
- A small, limited group — we're onboarding testers personally, not opening sign-ups broadly yet.
- Direct access to the founder for support and feedback, not a ticket queue.
- Your feedback genuinely shapes what gets built next.
Private beta access is not a promise of permanent free service. We’ll be upfront well ahead of any change to pricing or access.
Frequently asked questions
What is HoofFlow?
HoofFlow is practice management software built specifically for professional farriers — clients, horses, a per-hoof condition record, scheduling, route planning and owner communication, all in one app.
Who is it for?
Independent farriers and small farrier businesses who want their client, horse and visit records in one place instead of scattered across notebooks, spreadsheets and text messages.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes — HoofFlow is mobile-first, built for one-handed use in the field with large touch targets. It also works on desktop.
Can I use it when connectivity is poor?
The visit workspace can record hoof observations and visit work with no signal — your changes are saved on your device and sync automatically once you're back online.
Does HoofFlow diagnose hoof conditions?
No. HoofFlow records what you observe — condition status and findings in your own words — it never generates a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.
Is my client and horse data private?
Yes. Your organization's data is isolated from every other HoofFlow account, and nothing is shared with a horse's owner or anyone else unless you explicitly send it.
Does the private beta cost anything?
No. Private beta access is complimentary and doesn't require a payment method.
Do I need to install an app?
No install required — HoofFlow runs in your mobile or desktop browser. You can add it to your home screen for quicker access if you'd like.
How do I get access?
